Transcript of records
This provides an overview of the modules you have taken in your course of study.
You can access your transcript of records via Basis. Click on My functions and then Exams Extract. Here you find all relevant information about your account. You can also create a PDF-version with a verification code.
Presentation of your modules
Every single one of your modules is listed on your transcript of records. Each module takes up at least two lines:
- The main module description occurs only once. It stands for the whole module. Examination codes for main module descriptions start with 6121... or 6141...
- Every examination attempt you use creates a line below the main module description. This line starts with the number 6122... or 6142...
- Exercises are on lines that start with 6123... or 6143...
You can therefore use the fourth digit of the number to determine the type of entry in the respective line.
Please note that the exercise line does not disappear if you deregister from the exam.
Transcript of records in English
If you require an English version of the transcript of records for applications abroad or for a study visit abroad, please make sure you are using the english interface, which can be reached by clicking on the British flag at the top right of the page. A subsequent download of the PDF will generate a transcript of records in English.
