 Ethics (IWE) are pleased to announce the Sustainable AI Conference 2025 - 
 Shaping Sustainable AI and its Futures! \n\nIn a world full of crises\, th
 e question arises as to how technologies can contribute to a good life for
  humans and nature. “Sustainable AI” aims to promote sustainable appli
 cations\, but must also take into account their negative effects. The conc
 ept remains vague and raises questions about goals\, scope\, and global-lo
 cal tensions. In addition\, methodological approaches are unclear: Which d
 isciplines and traditions provide answers? Should we look to the past or t
 he future\, to those affected or those responsible\, to problems or soluti
 ons?
