After having finished my study of computer science at the University of Bonn in July 2000, I am a research staff member of the Institute of Applied Informatics (IAI) at this University.

I joined the Laboratory of Geo Information Systems and Bioinformatics which are both research groups within this department. My topics of research are interoperable and adaptable information systems, component software, web services, and integration of heterogeneous systems in science applications.

Seit Beendigung des Studiums der Informatik an der Universität Bonn im Juli 2000 bin ich wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter des Instituts für angewandte Informatik (IAI) an dieser Universität.

Als Mitglied des Labors für Geo-Informationssysteme und des für Bioinformatik, interessiere ich mich speziell für interoperable und adaptive Informationssysteme, Komponentensoftware, Web Services und Integration heterogener Systeme in naturwissenschaftlichen Anwendungsgebieten.
