Submission Guidelines

Workshop Proceedings

All full papers that have gone through the regular review process, have been accepted for the workshop and adhere to the formatting guidelines will be published as a special issue of the ENTCS. Working proceedings will be handed out to the participants at the workshop.

For inclusion in the proceedings, the final versions of accepted full papers must be submitted as PDF and as LaTeX sources, including all graphic files in PDF or EPS format. Please use the ENTCS LaTeX style. On http://www.math.tulane.edu/~entcs you can download a copy of the generic ENTCS Macro Package which is linked near the top of the page. Near the bottom in the table, you'll find a file prentcsmacro.sty that is tailored for FUSE 2004. You should substitute this for the generic file entcsmacro.sty that's included in the generic package.

Send the LaTeX source files along with any nonstandard LaTeX files you use to Tom Mens (tom.mens@umh.ac.be), with a CC to Guenter Kniesel (gk@informatik.uni-bonn.de). Be sure to use the example.tex file as a template, and to include the key words as part of the frontmatter for your paper.

Elsevier Template

Apart from this, we also need some additional information to provide to Elsevier. Here is a template of what needs to be provided for each paper - the abbreviation "Corr Author" stands for corresponding author - the one Elsevier should contact for the Copyright Transfer Form and in case any problems arise.

Journal Special Issue

The ENTCS copyright explicitly encourages authors to write up journal-length articles based on their papers that appear in ENTCS for publication in Theoretical Computer Science or elsewhere. Depending on the quality and number of full paper submissions, editing of a special issue with best papers of the workshop is considered by the organizers.
