Submission
Guidelines
We
seek high-quality submissions in two categories.
- Full
technical papers, describing original, unpublished research (up
to 10 pages).
- Work-in-progress
papers, describing on-going work and interim results (up to 6
pages).
All
articles must include an abstract and the full contact information
of at least one author. For information about formatting your submissions
please read carefully the guidelines. (See the Publications
section for more information on the kinds of publications that we
have arranged for.)
For
the submission of camera ready papers please use the online
submission system.
Initial
Submission
Please
forward your initial submissions in PS or PDF format. There are
no further requirements with regard to formatting of the initial
submission (but please read on).
Workshop Proceedings
The workshop
proceedings will be published by the ETAPS organisers (University
of Warsaw). A publication in ENTCS would have given more visibility
but would have been inappropriate for the many submitted non-theoretical
papers.
The final versions
of accepted papers must be submitted in Postscript format
and also as LaTeX sources, including all graphic files in
EPS format. This is required in order to compile the printed proceedings.
Please use the following header for your LaTex file (without any
further changes to the standard article style):
\documentstyple[a4paper]{article}
\addtolength{\topmargin}{-1cm}
\addtolength{\textheight}{2cm}
\addtolength{\evensidemargin}{-2cm}
\addtolength{\oddsidemargin}{-2cm}
\addtolength{\textwidth}{4cm}
Please do not
use PDFLaTeX or the like. If you cannot submit LaTex sources it
will not be possible to include your final version in the offical
workshop proceedings. In that case you are free to format your paper
as you like best and submit it either as PS or PDF for inclusion
the online proceedings on our website.
Journal Publication
If your paper
is considered for journal publication
after the workshop, you will need to provide a significantly revised
and extended version and format it with the journal’s
LaTeX style. (But please do not use this style
for your initial submissions or the workshop proceedings, since
it is copyright by Wiley.)
