The Institute of Computer Science III is situated in the building of the former College of Education (PH), which is located in the Römerstraße 164 north of the city center, close to Friedrich-Ebert-Bridge (Nordbrücke/Northbridge), Römerbad and the river Rhine.

• Coming from Region Rhine-Main take the Autobahn A 3 → A 560 →  A 565.
• Coming from Region Rhein-Ruhr take the Autobahn A 3 → A 59 → A 565.
• Coming from Cologne take the Autobahn A 555 → A 565.
• Coming from Koblenz take the Autobahn A 61 → A 565.

Leave the Autobahn A 565 at the exit Bonn-Auerberg.  

Turn left (coming from the Rhine/east) or right (coming from the west) into Graurheindorfer Straße towards downtown / the south. Turn left into Husarenstraße at the first T-junction (traffic lights) and follow it until the next traffic lights. Turn left into Römerstraße and, after about 400 meters, the building of the institute lay at right hand. (pedestrian traffic lights in front of the building).

Free parking slots are available in the underground car park behind the building. To get there keep going straight ahead, turn right into Eduard-Spoelgen-Straße.

Railway

Regional trains and some ICE/EC/IC trains stop at Bonn Mainstation ("Bonn HBf"). Most ICE trains stop at Siegburg, from where you have to take Line 66 to Bonn. Consult the timetables of Deutsche Bahn AG.

Local transport

From the main station take bus lines 600, 601 and 551 direction "Graurheindorf" (Kranenweg), "Tannenbusch" (Agnetendorfer Str.) or "Troisdorf". Get off at bus stop "Pädagogische Fakultät". Consult the timetables of the regional combined transport authority: VRS.
